How do I get into playing the pipes? how do I get started?

Depends where you live. If a department in your area has an Emerald Society, they usually offer lessons. There are also a lot of Piping and Emerald society web sites to find groups and pipers for lessons. If you can't find any in your area let me know, I'll help all I can since I'm a learning piper myself!
