Emergency Equipment List

I'm working on a rewrite of our AEP and looking to see if anyone has a good template or example of an equipment list from each major tenant of the airport? I'd like to have a comprehensive list to know who has what?

Example would be to know what kind of towbars work for different types of aircraft, or even mobile stairs.

Any help is appreciated!
